About Daniel Edwards

    Doriflore, affectionately known by family and friends as Dori, is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner and Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) with a passion for delivering high-quality, comprehensive healthcare. With 14 years of clinical experience, she brings a deep commitment to excellence in patient care, grounded in compassion, and expertise.

     She began her nursing journey at Washington Adventist University, where she earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN), then continued to complete her Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) at Walden University. Walden University. She then taught nursing classes at the Global Meridian University, but didn’t stay long because of her hectic schedule and her going back to school to pursue her Doctorate in Nursing Practice (DNP) from the Grand Canyon University. and ultimately her Doctorate in Nursing Practice (DNP) from the Grand Canyon University.

     Her mission is to offer individualized, patient-centered care that improves health outcomes and enhances overall well-being. At D&D Compassionate Care, she blends clinical precision with compassionate care to ensure patients receive the attention and advocacy they deserve. That’s why her motto is “Your Health is Always our Priority”. Outside of her professional life, Doriflore enjoys reading, dancing, exercising, traveling, and spending quality time with her husband and children.

     Daniel Edwards is a registered nurse, who has been working in the emergency room throughout the DMV for the past 20 years. His passion for caring about the patients he encounters is outstanding. With a military background and serves as a charge nurse in the ER, he is always on top of everything. He demonstrates an exceptional level of clinical expertise, critical thinking, and commitment to patient care, honed over two decades in a challenging ER environment.

     He consistently provides high-quality care, exhibiting remarkable adaptability and the ability to remain calm and focused during high-pressure situations. He is excited to continue his passion for caring in another health care setting (Primary Care/Urgent Care/Mobile Care) in a new role as a clinical manager at D&D Compassionate Care LLC. Daniel loves his family, loves watching documentary, animal channel, and loves to travel around the world. His favor movie is “the Good, the Bad, and the Ugly”.
